Hey, that's not a question. And why are you trying to game the system anyway? Seriously, though, we simply have to charge shipping to cover costs. We do not pad product weight as a way of pocketing extra cash, either. We also know that sometimes even our smart customers make mistakes. That's why we just add the shipping fee to the account used to make the purchase when an order does not qualify for free shipping.
My order won't go through online. What do I do?
First off, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Bugs do crawl into the system, creating problems until our tech guy gets out the can of Raid. You can always call us toll free at 866-994-1174 or 480-994-1174 to place your order over the phone during business hours. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll contact you for payment information.
My coupon code or gift certificate won't work. Is this a scam?
Confidence men, we are not. Although, there is this one lady here who seems a little shifty. But we don't like to talk about the owner like that. If you're having troubles with a code, please call us toll free at 866-994-1174 during business hours.
I have a question about a product. What do I do?
Buy first. Ask questions later. Ha, ha, ha ... Ok, sorry. Give us a call during business hours. We use the very stuff we sell and can probably help you out.
Do you match prices?

How do I add a product?
The fastest way is to make a search for e.g. "bike" or "clothing"? You can also drill down from the main menu categories on the left side of the webpage. Clicking on "men" will present you with several sub-categories. Continue making your choices until the products you are looking for are displayed. Then click "Add to Shopping Cart" to add a new product and click "check out" when you are ready to pay. If you are adding many products, use the "view cart" link on top of the page to see what is in the shopping cart. The "breadcrumbs" bar on top of the page, in blue, displays the choices you have made so far and gives you an easy way to go back.
How do I change my details, such as telephone number, address, etc?
If you have already created an account with us, please click on the "Customer Login" link on the top left side of the web-page to get to the login screen. Login to your account using your login (username) and password. On the "Edit Customer Account" page, edit the information you need changed and click the "save" button.
How do I calculate shipping?
To calculate shipping, proceed through checkout process by logging in or signing in without an account. After information is entered, you will be shown a page with shipping options and costs in a menu at the bottom of the page.
